Steve Santich

Steve is Co-Founder and CEO of Veterans Alliance.  Steve is a staffing industry executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, including general management of mid to large size organizations, development and launch of staffing company start-ups, business operations, and strategy.  As CEO of Veterans Alliance, Steve directs the company operations, manages the company’s fiscal activity, oversees quality control, and develops business strategies that align with Veterans Alliance’s mission.  The company mission, to provide a service to the brave men and women who served our country, is the reason why Steve founded Veterans Alliance.  During his tenure in the staffing industry, Steve has led companies that have helped over 10,000 veterans find employment within the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industries.  Steve enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as camping, hunting, traveling, and rooting for the Chicago Cubs.

Amy Justice-Apley

Amy Justice-Apley is Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales at Veterans Alliance.  After graduating from Sacramento State University in 2006 with her bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Amy began her career in staffing.  In 2015, Amy learned the aircraft maintenance sector, during which time she built multiple onsite programs and developed a diverse background in both fixed and rotary wing military platforms.  Amy always wanted to start her own business, so with her passion for supporting the veteran community, her dreams became a reality when she co-founded Veterans Alliance in January 2020.   Amy is responsible for establishing client relationships and leading the Veterans Alliance national recruiting team to make sure quality and delivery exceed client expectations.   Amy loves spending time with her husband and two young girls, Piper and Ryder, as well as camping, fishing, wine tasting, softball, hiking, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Nathan Ogden

Nathan is a Co-Founder and Vice President of Staffing at Veterans Alliance. A Veteran of the USMC, Nathan takes immense personal pride in that he has found employment for over 1,000 veterans in support of our nation’s Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industries.  This level of recruiting success places Nathan in the top 1% of recruiters in the Aviation industry for the last decade.  Nathan has a passion for providing top-quality people with employment opportunities worthy of their unique skillsets, training, and life goals. He works one-on-one with his clients, helping them find a career that brings true happiness and fulfillment.  A proven motivational leader, Nathan trains and develops highly skilled recruiters and assists in establishing and maintaining client relationships.  Nathan lives in Oregon with his wife and enjoys spending time outdoors in all the seasons the Pacific North West has to offer.  Staffing is not what Nathan does, it’s who he is, so feel free to reach out to Nathan anytime!

Marie Rogers

Marie is a Senior National Recruiter with Veterans Alliance. Marie has a diverse background with six years of recruiting experience and nine years of military service as an Aerospace Maintenance Technician on Heavy Cargo Aircraft in the United States Air Force. Marie worked on the C-5, C-17, and KC-10 while she served in the USAF. She achieved accolades in the USAF to include NCO of the Quarter, Security Manager of the Quarter, and Outstanding Performer during major aircraft inspections. While serving in the military, Marie completed her Bachelor in Social Sciences and went on to complete a Master in Psychology and a Master in Business Administration. Upon being honorably discharged from the military, Marie began her career in recruiting. Marie is passionate about helping her fellow veterans find career opportunities that align with their skills and experience. Marie enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, Zoe and Jacoby, as well as cooking and running.

Cecil Harwell

Cecil is a Senior National Recruiter with Veterans Alliance. Cecil was a collegiate athlete and graduate from Southwest Baptist University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Cecil has specialized in recruiting professionals within the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industries since 2017. He is determined to help find opportunities to those who have served our country, as well as helping other aerospace professionals find employment opportunities. Through his tenure, Cecil has developed great communication skills, exceptional customer service focus, as well as an ease of establishing and maintaining great relationships. Cecil currently resides in Dallas, Texas where he enjoys watching football, hunting, fishing, and the big Texas country music scene.

Evan Helyar

Evan is a National Recruiter with Veterans Alliance. Evan has been in the aviation industry since 2007, with experience in aircraft maintenance, operations management, and sales. Evan was a Sergeant in the United States Army, serving six years as a CH-47 Chinook Mechanic and as an Aviation Life Support Equipment NCOIC. During his time spent in the military, Evan devoted himself to helping his fellow soldiers and he continues to remain devoted in helping those who have served. Evan resides in Boise, Idaho with his wife Ashley and their three dogs. In his free time, Evan enjoys playing hockey, snowboarding/skiing, boating and hiking.

Charlie Rowe

Charlie is a National Recruiter with Veterans Alliance. Charlie has over 20 years in aviation as a structures and hydraulics mechanic with experience in operations, quality assurance, production/maintenance control, and as aircrew. Charlie retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 20 years as a CH-53D/E airframes mechanic. Since retiring from the Marines, Charlie has also contracted as a structures instructor for the Iraqi Air Force with experience on the UH-1, Bell 407, Eurocopter, and Mi-17 platforms. His passion is taking care of those who have served. Charlie lives in Western New York with his wife Joanne, their three dogs, cat, desert tortoise, and ball python. Together they have three grown kids, one who is currently Active-Duty Marine Corps. In his free time, Charlie enjoys woodworking, playing golf and racquetball, and camping.

Meghan Wise

Meghan is a National Recruiter with Veterans Alliance. Meghan is a decorated Navy Veteran with an aviation background and recruiting expertise. Meghan served on the USS George H. W. Bush CVN77 as an Aviation Boatswain's Mate Aircraft Handler for various aircraft platforms from 2014-2019. She completed two combat deployments to the Arabian Peninsula in 2014 and 2017. From there, Meghan furthered her skill sets and became a top producing Recruiter for the Central Valley District in California. Meghan enjoys kayaking, tubing, swimming, working out, spending time with her dog, and relaxing with family and friends.

JJ Ford

JJ is a National Recruiter with Veterans Alliance. JJ is a decorated USMC veteran with aviation maintenance and military recruiting experience. JJ was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, serving his first 11 years as a CH-53E Super Stallion mechanic. During this time of service, JJ managed all maintenance qualifications of mechanics, crew chiefs, plane captains, collateral duty inspectors, and collateral duty quality assurance representatives, and he provided recommendations for maintenance of the CH-53's. In 2018, JJ transitioned to a canvassing recruiter for the USMC, and in 2020, JJ was promoted to a Station Commander. In his free time, JJ enjoys playing basketball, softball, snowboarding, and hiking.

Andrew Pearson

Andrew is a National Recruiter with Veterans Alliance. Andrew has been in the Aviation industry since 2013. Andrew started his aviation career in the United States Air Force as an Avionics Technician working on F-15s. After transitioning out of the Air Force, Andrew worked for Lockheed Martin's Advanced Development Program as a Flight Electrician and Instrumentation Mechanic. After his time at Lockheed Martin, Andrew worked for Northrop Grumman’s Advanced Technology Development Center as a Test and Integration Engineer. Andrew resides in Fresno, California with his wife and two sons, Landon and Ryker. Andrew enjoys working on classic cars, playing soccer, and spending time with his family.

Brandon Johnson

Brandon is a National Recruiter with Veterans Alliance. Brandon is a decorated USAF veteran with over 15 years of aviation experience in the military and civilian sectors. He was a SrA in the United States Air Force and served as an Instructor/Evaluator on KC-135R/T aircraft as an Inflight Refueling Craftsman. After his military service, Brandon worked for Air Transport International as a Ground School Instructor. Brandon joined Veterans Alliance to help veterans find employment opportunities and serve those who have served. He currently resides in Bethel, Ohio in the Cincinnati area where he enjoys watching football, working on cars, woodworking, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Hank Strong

Hank is a National Aviation Recruiter with Veterans Alliance. Hank has been involved with the Aviation industry since 2006. Hank started his aviation career in the United States Navy as a Naval Aviator flying the MH-60S. After starting a family and transitioning from flying, Hank began instructing and recruiting future aviators and officers at the University of Arizona. After honorable discharge from the Navy, Hank worked in leading Human Resources and Recruiting departments within the defense technology sector. Hank resides in San Diego, California with his wife, Iby, and two sons, Benjamin and Isaac. He enjoys working on experimental aircraft, home renovations, personal finance, and spending time with his family.

Muang Le

Muang is the Director of Compliance at Veterans Alliance. Muang has over 18 years of payroll and human resources experience, most of which is from the staffing industry. Her experience includes overseeing the payroll, compliance, and human resources for over 1,500 employees. Muang has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. She currently resides in the Greater Sacramento area of Northern California. Muang enjoys spending time with her husband, who is an Army veteran, their daughter, and their dog. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their family and friends in Sacramento.
