Miguel is the Internal Recruiter and SkillBridge Program Director for Veterans Alliance. Miguel is responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent to join Veterans Alliance while building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience. He also oversees the Veterans Alliance SkillBridge Program, helping transitioning service members connect with civilian career opportunities through internships and employment pathways. Miguel partners with military installations, service members, and hiring managers to ensure a successful transition from military service to the civilian workforce.
Miguel is a U.S. Navy veteran who served eight years as a Naval Aircrewman and Rescue Swimmer. After developing a passion for helicopters and aviation, he built a career specializing in helicopter rescue operations, medical transport, and fixed-wing aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). Most recently, he found his calling in aviation recruiting, where his diverse background helps him fulfill his true passion for serving the veteran community.
Originally from Southern California, Miguel now enjoys everything sunny Florida has to offer with his wife, Chelsea, their sons, Landon and Matthew, their daughter, Maddison, and their corgi, Chiquita (yes, like the banana).
